We use two secure online payment providers; PayPal and Stripe. You can use your credit card for both providers. You can also, when applicable, use your PayPal account. Security Policy We understand that you are concerned about the privacy of your information and the security of our online transaction. We have chosen Stripe and PayPal to handle all online transactions. Your payment will be entirely processed securely by Stripe or PayPal and deposited into our account. Please note that we never see or have access to your credit card number.

These beautiful creations should be worn with love and care. Some feature stones and crystals are delicate and can break if struck or dropped against a hard surface. The stones can not be repaired. The clay, paint and varnish components are very durable but care must taken when wearing - avoid water, hand sanitizer and do not allow the piece to rub or strike against other hard surfaces.

I stand behind every art piece I make and will accept returns if there is a problem. Minor repairs will be done at no cost. If your purchase is not what you expected then returns will be accepted. It is my desire that you be totally in love with your new piece of art.

Shipping within Canada is $10. and free for orders over $125 A tracking # will be provided. Shipping to the U.S. is $15. CDN. International packages may be subject to duties and taxes that are established by your local customs authorities. Mossom Creek Studio is not responsible for duties and taxes.
