WHAT IS THE SHIPPING POLICY?
Shipping within Canada is $10. and free for orders over $125 A tracking # will be provided.
Shipping to the U.S. is $10. CDN. International packages may be subject to duties and taxes that are established by your local customs authorities. Mossom Creek Studio is not responsible for duties and taxes. Please check your local customs website for more information.
WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?
I stand behind every art piece I make and will accept returns if there is a problem. Minor repairs will be done at no cost. If your purchase is not what you expected then returns will be accepted. It is my desire that you be totally in love with your new piece of art.
